why I think this app should be in top 100:

This is a useful app for tourist and local people. It allows you to

choose the start location (where you are) and the destination (where you want to go)

and find out how (by bus or mrt) you are going to get there. It even

lets you know the fare prices for you to make a clever decision on which route to take.

The map shows the bus stop and mrts in case you are lost. I got this app

for a steal at 99 cents so I recommend anyone to get it in case you are lost

in Singapore.

Scan to PDF Free is a nifty app that lets you scan documents that are converted into PDF files and can be shared or uploaded to Google doc. There's various page sizes (A3, A4, A5, B4, B5, LETTER..) to choose from. Take a picture from either the phone's camera or import from the gallery, do some easy cropping and watch your image transformed. It even works perfectly under low lighting conditions. Output of image scanned was very clear, thanks to the app's image enhancement function. A great productivity app to have!
